Acne
Acne occurs where excess oil produced in the body clogs pores. Acne can be found in the face, upper back, chest, or shoulders where there are many oil glands. Though acne mainly occurs because of pubescent hormonal changes (teen years), there are other times that it can erupt. Proper skin care and a “clean” diet lower in sugars and processed ingredients may help.
Some women develop an imbalance in their hormones which can cause acne at any age. If your acnes is hormonal, it is usually easily controlled with oral contraceptive pills (even if you are not using it for birth control), antibiotics or other medications such as spirolnolactone and Retinae.
