What is hypnosis and how can it help me?
People often have a misunderstanding of what hypnosis is. Unlike how stage acts represent hypnosis, it is not magic and you are in complete control- it is actually the ultimate control as you use your mind to achieve your goals. It is a myth that you will do or say something that you do not want to! Simply put, hypnosis is a quiet state of focused attention that is usually (but not always) accompanied by relaxation, allowing people to go inside and access their wisest most evolved self.
It can also be described as the art of securing a patient’s attention and focus then communicating ideas that can be helpful.
